Summary: Dean likes Sam on his knees and desperate.
“Please Dean, please! So close, so close, Dean, fuck, need it, need it now, please let me come, please ...” Sam wantonly begs.
On his knees, ass plugged, hands cuffed behind his back, he’s harder than steel, cock obscene and leaking. He shivers, whimpers every time Dean thumbs the control and makes the silicone inside him tremble.
