Summary: Warnings for blood play. Dean tastes better than any demon could.
A blade in Sam’s hand grazes the soft skin on the inside of Dean’s thigh, leaving behind a red trail. Sam’s mouth claims the wound, licking, sucking gently, making Dean whimper and dig his fingers into Sam’s hair. He drinks greedily, one mouthful fueling him for longer than any demon ever could.
His hand curls around Dean’s dick. Pleasure and pain drive Dean to the edge and he arches his back as he comes over Sam’s hand, sticky and hot as blood. When Sam’s done, he licks his fingers clean and kisses Dean, letting him taste himself on Sam’s lips.
